Better Business Methods, LLC (BBM) developed a custom Client and Prospect Manager application. The system was implemented as an Access 2000 user
interface, with VBA code and SQL Server 7.0 running behind the scenes. BBM designed and developed the new database by interviewing the current users of the system as well as management personnel. Future and current
business needs were collected in order to develop a complete database design. After thorough analysis, several Data Transformation Services (DTS) packages were created in SQL Server to convert the existing database
to a normalized SQL Server database.
