Better Business Methods, LLC (BBM) developed a requirements definition supporting the business needs of this customer. Site visits and software functionality testing supported the evaluation based on these needs. Re-engineering the business processes and using Implementation Guides, the SAP R/3 software selected was customized to its successful configuration. BBM employees also played a major role in the support and documentation of work practices and procedures.

Sales Force Automation (SFA) System - Software Evaluation, Design, Development and Implementation

BBM personnel assisted this business unit in the selection and development of a Sales Force Automation package based on requirements from the Marketing, Sales, and Materials departments. BBM tested the data transfer and customized the programming to facilitate the business needs.  The new system provided remote applications access to relevant customer data and accelerated sales reporting.

BBM personnel led a team of Marketing Directors and Product Managers in developing business requirements to support a company wide automotive catalog application system. Data was interfaced from eight separate hardware platforms, based on gathered business requirements. A customized software package was selected to provide the proper links from the different modules and systems to support the daily feed to the catalog system.
