Health Care - United Health Care PPO
Better Business Methods, LLC (BBM) has available comprehensive health care coverage for both our employees and their families. BBM pays 75% of our employee's cost and has established a very reasonable rate structure for additional family members. The average out-of-pocket cost of health care for a single individual with no dependents is approximately $25.00 a month. Of course, all costs are calculated on a pre-tax basis.

Dental - BJC Dental Plan Inc.
BBM provides dental coverage for our employees for less than one dollar per month. Employees may also choose to extend coverage to include their dependents for a minimal monthly increase in cost.

Life Insurance
We provide $60,000.00 in Life Insurance Coverage for our employees. Additional Life Insurance is available to increase coverage to $500,000.00. Increased coverage is also available for our employee's family.

Vacation and paid Holidays
BBM offers our consultants ten paid days of vacation per year. These days accrue on a monthly basis with our employees having the ability to borrow against their future expected earned vacation. We also provide eight paid Holidays per year. These are:

       - Memorial Day          - Friday after Thanksgiving 
       - The Fourth of July    - Christmas Day
       - Labor Day               - New Years Day
       - Thanksgiving Day    - One 'Floating' Holiday

Comp. Time program
BBM allows its consultants the ability to earn "Extra Vacation" time. Extra Vacation - Consultants can utilize hours in excess of 40 billable hours per week on a quarterly basis to earn an extra 40 hours of paid vacation per year. This program requires the utilization of 2 excess hours to earn one extra hour of vacation.

401-K Plan
BBM has a matching 401-K plan available to assist our employee's in their retirement planning.

Sick Time Off
We understand that everyone feels under the weather at some time during the year. In order to provide time for our consultant's recovery, we provide six days of approved time off.

Employee Training
BBM is committed to the continued growth of our employees through appropriate training. We support your efforts by providing paid training and certification testing in advanced technology areas of interest. We realize that those individuals with certifications and diverse technical backgrounds benefit both our clients and our organization.
